Can someone provide some links to some YouTube videos for strength training for women? I have searched, but a lot of what I find do not spend time on telling you how to do it right, but just show you they are lifting X weight.

I would say your are a good weight for your height, and if you want to incorporate strength training, I would find some YouTube videos of some stuff and find things that you can do at home.

I wouldn't listen to a mechanic for medical advice, so don't listen to a trainer for nutritional advice. Unless that trainer has an advanced degree in nutrition, a trainer is going off of the same bias we all have of X or Y diet plans, etc.

I tried to get into Pokemon Go, but people kept driving by and asking if I was lost or needed a ride, and I felt uncomfortable.

You can either decide to not eat what they provide that is against your dietary plan (maybe bring your own food?), or you can log everything you do eat while there and move on.

Walking is great for your health, especially if you don't have any other exercise program. You still need to watch your calories though.

I can fluctuate several pounds when I eat anything more or different than usual.
