Is it worth it to get the detailed analysis stuff from Fitbit Premium, or should I save my money?

It's like a broken record all.day.long. "I only eat 1200 calories and I'm GAINING weight! Bisquik ad on my MFP homepage?!?!
I do some exercise and eat breakfast and come on to log it all in, and I see a Bisquik ad with a "Loaded biscuits" recipe that sounds like it's like a loaded baked potato, but covering a biscuit. Torture! Just wanted to share that.

Over one day, make it up tomorrow?
If I am over my calories by 200 calories one day, do I go under by 200 calories the next day, or do I just keep on trucking and say "oh well"?
