  • A big bowl of oatmeal, filled with banana, peanut butter, dates and spices (my sunday treat), a long yoga practice and a good book
  • Mushrooms are amazing There is no wrong way to eat a mushroom
  • I am always over my sugar allowance because I cannot live without at least a banana and apple a day. Like a lot of people have mentioned it is natural sugar compared to say white sugar or sugar in a chocolate cake.
  • I log the night before and usually add a few things like snacks that I fancy eating that day. I do my weekly food shop on Saturdays so I plan out my meals for the whole week then. I find it easier and less stressful as I know that I am eating right and pre logging helps me stick to it.
  • As others have said, it is definitely all about the type of food you eat but also that you are doing some sort of physical activity. I have been a vegetarian all my life and a recant vegan, my weight has fluctuated because of going through a phase of eating lots of processed food. Now I am at my bodies idea weight through…
  • Perfect comment.

  • I want to visit one but in a hot country. Where I live you have to wear winter clothes to visit the beach.
  • I am very educated on my body and how it functions. As well as the medical side, since my brother is a doctor and sister-in-law who advises the UK government on health issues concerning diets. I have a lot of information at my disposal. Like I said each to their own. Like I said I was a vegetarian, how ate lots of dairy…

  • I personally don't believe that. I have been vegetarian all of my life and recently vegan due to a dairy allergy (diagnosed by doctor). I don't believe I am restricting because I have never liked the idea of eating meat, just the thought makes me feel sick, and if I eat dairy I become ill. Every one is different, just…

  • Although I know I am strong and I have a low fat percentage. I still see myself as fat even though when I was bigger I never really thought I was that big the same with when I was smaller than I am right now (suffered from an eating disorder) I never realised how small I actually was. I don't think I will ever see my self…

  • I think if going raw feels good for your body than why not. I'm vegan and at least one of my meals a day is raw just because I find eating raw at lunch time gives me the fuel for the rest of the work day. It is about what works for your body, not what anyone else thinks or does. I hope it works out for you. Can't wait to…

  • I think if you have good friends who support you then it should not be a problem. My friends and I all enjoy working out and living a healthy lifestyle. If we go out for good it is usually somewhere that serves Japanese food as being a vegan it is easy for me to eat and for them not being vegan to eat and for us all to be…
  • Peanut butter all the way. I could eat the whole jar in one sitting.
  • I think I love all fruits and vegetables but if I had to chose, Fruit: Banana and red apples as I eat them everyday Vegetables: Red peppers, mushrooms, beetroot and spinach.
  • When I do weights I end up doing about 45minutes, one minute break between reps. When I do cardio, do 30 minutes HIIT bike and 20 minute HIIT treadmill This length of time has worked best for me
  • Almond milk has more calcium than cows milk, and I personally believe that people shouldn't drink baby cows milk. We are not built to digest it, but that is my personal opinion. I have not drunk cows milk ever (I'm weird I have had a phobia of it all my life) and have had no medical problems because of it.
  • I get this all the time, usually from people who I can out run and lift more than.
  • BMI The scale as a means of progress, especially if like me you are gaining muscle. People giving me nutrition advice because I am a vegan so don't know how to eat. Where do you get your protein from? Protein shakes
  • Just the thought of eating an living thing repulses me, always has done. Maybe it is because my Mum is a vegetarian, so I was brought up not eating meat. I never drank cows milk when I was young, I actually have a phobia of it, so I just ended up being vegan without even knowing that is what I was for a long time.
