Something really sweet that actually satisfies my sweet tooth are dates (the fruit)! Have you ever had them? They are amazing. Small, dense and sweet. My dad used to make them by filling them with peanut butter or even drizzeling them with honey and cinnamon. Mmmm! :love:

I had an eating disorder, and to be 100% completely honestly, if I didn't go through therapy & get other professional help, I would still have one. I didn't want to involve my family either, so going the way of professional help is the best way to go instead of doing it by yourself because you need to have *some* type of…
