Hey I am 5'8.5 I am 208 right now. Starting college I was 170 and lives how it looked on me. By junior year I gained 15lbs and gained another 15 in 2 months After starting birth control. Go easy on yourself if you don't workout regularly, you will be majorly sore doing the 30 day shred. If I were you I'd give myself a goal "I'm going to workout at least 4 days a week" then later change that to 5 then to 6... as everyone has already said give yourself at least 1 rest day a week.
