Yes I've been in a plateau for literally like a month. You just have to change what you're eating, and maybe either increase or decrease your intake of food and change up your exercise. It takes time, don't get discouraged. Buy a measuring tape, because I can guarantee you are losing inches (:

It depends, but I do it for one hour straight and can burn about 360. That's with wearing a heart rate monitor so I know exactly how many calories I burned (:
