I have all of the Just Dance games and I was just curious if anybody has lost weight just by playing that game? I'm going to be adding the Wii Fit into the mix so work out for longer.
My friends are telling me that I need a HRM for my workouts to get an accurate calorie amount burned.. what's the best one out there.. where did you get it and how much?? I'm trying to not spend a whole lot of money..
I started on January 9th.. lost 5 pounds within the first week and haven't lost any since.. even though everytime I submit my log it says i'll weigh 10 pounds lighter in 5 weeks if I keep this up.. anybody else had this happen to them?? or does it just take a while for your body to get use to the change?
