light-heavyweight is 205 pounds Bantamweight is 135 pounds this seems simple, wetcoaster. Should I simplify this further so that you no longer become confused? I haven't said or done anything insulting, so keep yours to yourself.

I want less muscle and a little less fat, I want to fight at bantamweight in MMA instead of heavy-light heavyweight...Really I just want to be in a much lower weight class all together because I want more stamina.

@gotolam Yeah, I set that goal on this website a little over a year ago, I don't remember what I weighed then but I know I was heavier, honestly I completely forgot I set that as a goal lol. Honestly, I'm not even sure how much weight I want to lose exactly, I don't really have a set weight I'd like to be at.... I just know the body I want.. I'm not sure if it will take 30 or 100 pounds to get there lol. And I'm not really concerned about doing it the "healthy" way, just the fastest way possible. I'm well…
