French Fries are the one and only trigger food. I lost 135 before - thought I could eat "normally" and gained 80 of it back. No more FRIES!

Thanks everyone for the feedback! So many different viewpoints is really helpful. I think I will go for the "once in a while is OK" path. I used to have a few splenda in my coffees and three or four diet cokes a day. I appreciate all the info and any friend requests will be accepted!

Same deal here Marsh. I have been up and down over the years. 345 at my peak to about 285 now. Just joined MFP and love it. 4 days a week of cardio until I get a base level of fitness. May not do the weights...no bulk needed. Add me if you like.
