Back after a spell...
Hello I used MFP to lose nearly 100 lbs. I drifted away and have gained some back after some pretty bad health and lifestyle issues. Seeing the Endo today to get my meds issues straightened out and back on track. I WILL NOT fall back to the ways that got me in the bad spot to begin with...

Favorite Breakfasts?
1. Kashi Waffle with Peanut Butter, Honey and Banana 2. Oatmeal with bananas (fruit) and Greek yogurt 3. Jimmy Dean / Special K breakfast sandwich and Greek yogurt 4. Kashi cereal, fruit and Greek yogurt 5. The odd "breakfast out" treat!

60 lbs!
Well MFP thanks. With your help I hit a 60 lb weight loss today. It feels great to move around, wear clothes and enjoy the new me existence of 230l Another 20 to goal!

Calories INCREASED?
Been plugging along with MFP losing weight and my calories went UP today? Ideas?

Lyme Disease Treatment and still losing weight!!!
Well, plugging along so far-on the old daily IV regimen. The PICC line has eliminated the weights and cardio but I have actually LOST weight. Maybe it is a function of the drug or just me being carful of the calories, but I will take it! If you are in wooded areas, check for ticks! I would not recommend this to anyone!

Brazilian Steakhouse and Baseball Game..in 48 HOURS!
First real test since joining MFP. A trip to Fogo today (lots of time with the card turned to RED) and a Phillies game tomorrow (Why did they have to put in a DONUT stand??!!!!??) Gotta stay strong!!! Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels right?

Good Progress...there go my daily calories!
I have dropped 17 lbs so far...And my daily calorie count is going down...BUMMER! The non workout days are getting harder to control the calls! I am working out four days now...Do I add a day so I can eat the calories? Don't want to overtrain!

Trying to stay off the Splenda and Aspartame!
Read a few articles about how terrible the stuff is. I have been trying to stay off of it but man I miss my Diet Coke! I have kicked it out of my coffee and I miss that a bunch too. Is adding some sugar in the raw so bad?

This weekend in the house...
are DnD Munchkins, brownies, and fresh baked cinnamon rolls. To date, I have avoided all of them. Fingers crossed.

Just came over from Weight Watchers after a referral from a new friend. I did at one time have success with it, but gained it all back! I like the interface and speed of MFP MUCH better. Looking forward to some new success!!!
