Calories INCREASED?

Been plugging along with MFP losing weight and my calories went UP today? Ideas?

    gain in muscle perhaps? means your body needs more fuel to maintain and continue their growth?

    Yeah, if you logged some exercise your calories will change to reflect that.

    It's because it takes into account have many calories you "burned"...You're supposed to eat those back.....
