I go pretty light when breaking the fast. Usually almonds, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs or protein bar.

1-1.5 cups drained, chopped spinach, .5-1 cup diced tomatoes, 3 eggs, 1/4 cups cheese and some toast. Cook the veggies down a bit, add some Herbes do Provence, mix in the eggs; scramble. Add the cheese at the end and stir or over them after wards.
