Tats are cool. Mine are on both of my biceps so they are easily hidden. I am in sales so I have to be careful not to offend anyone. Tats have become mainstream now with the younger people but not so cool with old farts my age. Sometimes I see younger people that make really poor choices on tattoos such as the old spider…

I used to follow NASCAR alot but it got boring after #3 died and they started the chase format. (and I ride a motorcycle and like to go FAST!) It has never been or never will be a drug reference.

Remember if you keep making the same mistakes, you will repeat your past. Half the battle of losing weight is to keep your head on straight and have small victories. When people say you look great, it gives you more motivation. GOOD LUCK, we are all pulling for you!

Started with 48 waist, now a 38. Started 3XL t-shirt. now a XL. Gone through 4 different belts also. YAY for ME!

Here's a trick: 1) Drink a beer (or a mixed drink, wine, etc.) 2) Drink a water 3) Repeat It works and also keeps you hydrated & full so you eat less. Only problem is you have to pee alot.

Portillos hotdogs are awesome for authentic Chicago dogs and only 300 calories each. They have about 30 locations all over Chicago.

I have a plastic knife I use to chop lettuce. It helps keep it from turning brown for some reason. I also have a big sald spinner bowl that is a bowl with a strainer inside to keep salad from sitting in the water/juice in the bottom. Seems to help with salad anyway.

I have been eating the 100 calorie packs of Emerald almonds. They have plain, dry roasted, cocoa and cinnamon. :happy:

You should weigh yourself once a week, preferable on the same day, in morning after you get up. This will help you not drive yourself crazy about it. Remember...small success will help lead to a large victory. Good luck!
