Step one and a big one SLEEP! You cant lose weight if you are not sleeping.

Step two NO chemicals Yes it may be "one" OREO but an OREO is still an OREO.

Step three MOVE! Take a walk at least!

Step four SMILE! Attitude is everything!

    I love this and am so glad someone else thinks this way. I realize it is one oreo, but crap is crap, no matter how much of it you eat.

    Great add!!! :0). Me of all people that drink a gallon of water a day forget a water plug and rock out to some MFP!!!
