The same thing happened to me too. I stayed at the same weight for about two weeks. Then all of a sudden I dropped a couple pounds. Just keep doing what you're doing and I'm sure you'll meet your goal!

What stretches do you recommend? I know Jillian doesn't really do too many stretches that will help with these shin splints. I'm wondering if it might be my shoes too because I have those curves for women that are supposed to help tone and I think they might be a little much for a beginner like me.

Is getting shin splints normal when working out? I have been getting them when I do my cardio workouts. I do jumping jacks, running in place and some jump rope too. I want to know a way to prevent that from happening because I really like working out.

I exercise when my son is sleeping. Otherwise if for some reason he's awake, I will set him in his playpen and he watches me. I've cut out fast food, sweets, and I've cut back on pop. I only drink one can a day, I know I should switch to diet, or no pop at all, but I like it too much…
