I really LIKE this show. It seems really REAL - and these folks are working it I get inspired watching HEAVY even more than The Biggest Loser. It's not a "game" - it's saving their lives. Anything can be seen as exploitation.... it's all in how you want to see it I think... Keep up the good work by the way!

I have found that the scale can tell a different story each day - lol - however they recommend that you only weigh yourself every week or two... which is so hard to do! Add me as a friend :-) if you'd like.

this EXACT thing happened to me! I didn't necessarily binge - but I did go over my calorie count - and was discouraged - then BOOM! The next day - a four pound LOSS.... Go figure! lol

My favorite pork one is similar to hers...I add garlic and onion and just a 1/2 cup water - after the pork gets tender I add a can of diced green chilis or a small can of salsa verde :-) and let it cook some more.
