My sugars are sometimes high, but they're always high from fruits - never from things with refined sugar. I am assuming this is okay unless you have a medical issue that requires you to keep your sugars low (diabetes, etc). If I am wrong, feel free to correct me.

I don't do 24 hour fasts, but I do my own version of intermittent fasting - save for the energy bar that I eat after I do my morning exercise routine, I save my eating for a 6-7 hour window between evening and night. Is this healthy, or is this going to hurt my weight loss/health in the long run? Any opinions?

I would love to join! I'm currently doing the 30 Day Shred (day 4) with 3-4 days of cardio mixed in and some randomly added strength training. I could always use more support, and would love to give you support. Anyone can add me if they feel they want to. :)

A lot of it in the beginning is probably water weight coming off, but I agree with others in the thread that you should be eating more if you are only netting around 600 calories per day.

I just prefer the taste of almond milk. Not sure about any other differences.

It's a Jillian Michaels workout that incorporates strength training and cardio... you can find the videos for it on YouTube, and it's an amazing workout. It lasts about 30 minutes, and I had so much energy after doing it that I can't wait to do it again!

I just started it today, and it's making me feel amazing! I'm over 100 pounds overweight and I can still do it, so I think that anybody can. And with 8lb weights, too! I can't wait until tomorrow so I can do it again! I have a feeling it's really going to be worth it.

2 cups of bibb lettuce topped with 4 ounces of boneless skinless chicken breast, a sprinkle of cheese, and 2 tbsp of light ranch dressing. It's my lunch on most days and only comes to 200something calories. :)

It's your first week, so it's probably a sizable chunk of your water weight dropping off. Don't worry about it - it's weight loss. :)

30 minutes of cardio (walk/jog), free weights, squats, lunges, stretches.

Bibb lettuce, baby spinach, shredded baked chicken, a sprinkle of cheese, and light ranch dressing.

Bad teeth. I can look past almost anything but bad teeth. Not crooked teeth, but missing teeth, rotted teeth, etc. I can't stand it. I wouldn't be able to kiss that.

There are days I eat lean protein, and days I eat fatty protein. I'm not a fan of fat on steaks or chicken or anything like that because the texture is so horrible, but I absolutely love some breakfast sausage and bacon. For breakfast some days, I'll do sausage and eggs. On other days, I'll have a salad with some shredded…

Cats are obligate carnivores. They're supposed to eat meat, and nothing but meat, and preferably a variety of meats. If you're not raw feeding, at least get a grain-free cat food. I know it's April Fool's and all, but Jesus, a vegan cat? Really?

My cat is a fatty boy. He's on a good diet (1/4 cup of Taste of the Wild 2x daily) and runs around all the time jumping on things, playing, chasing squirrels and birds, etc. He's just chubby. I never free-feed or over-feed, and the vet says he's as healthy as can be and not to worry about his weight.

6 pairs of shoes - 3 pairs of sneakers, 2 pairs of heels, 1 pair of boots. I'd say you need how ever many pairs of shoes you want. Many pants of varying sizes, some that I can fit into, others that I cannot fit into (yet). 3 that I actively wear.

I crave salads with baked chicken CONSTANTLY. And sauteed broccoli (olive oil and garlic). Those two things are my healthy food addictions.

I think it's the saddest when it comes to the kids. I was always a fat kid - once I got older, that became my fault, but when I was a kid, it was entirely the fault of my parents. Neither one of them ever really cooked, so I typically ate fast food for 2 or 3 meals a day. When I was in second grade, I weighed 115 pounds.…

Right now it's about $150 a week for 2 of us. I'm building up my spice cabinet, so that contributes to about $20 a week of the total. We eat a lot of locally grown produce and locally raised meat. If it's a week that I need to get almond butter, nuts, or cheese, that number is going to be higher.

Cheese. Almost any kind of cheese.

I'm conflicted about it as well. I don't think it's right for people to make fun of overweight people, but I don't think promoting being overweight/obese is a good idea at all.. which seems to be the case, more often than not. A lot of people who preach fat acceptance are fat themselves, and a lot of them seem to have no…
