I've always had a chubby face even when I was 119 lbs. I just try to accept it, supposedly baby faces age well.

Just worry about calories first. After a while, it'll get easier to follow macros if you want since you'll be more familiar with the macro counts of food. I don''t worry too much about it tbh.

You can't spot reduce. Just continue losing fat and exercising. Try adding in planks.

I got it last week. I gained my water weight back and haven't seemed to lose any extra.

You should work towards heavy weights, light weights won't do much to build muscle. Building muscle will help prevent osteoporosis.

5'5" 147lbs I'm wearing a 6 in Old Navy but it should really be an 8. One motivation to my recent calorie counting, I don't want to buy more pants.
