Who has time to actually go on each and every diary anyway? Instead we can have the accountability as a group and post how many grams of carbs we ate and help each…

Protein like chicken and fish and eggs have very low carbs. Non starchy veggies like spinach and kale are great. I eat all veggies except potato, sweet potato, and I count my carrots. I eat berries for fruit only. And cheese is usually low Carb. Nuts and starchy veggies should be minimal quantities if you want to be low…

Yes for example: Day 1 - total carbs 20g Day 2- total carbs 15 Day 3 -total carbs 35 Just stay under 50g and do your best

Welcome guys, try and kept it under 50G TOTAL CARBS. Your net will be lower but the magic number we are looking for in this group is the total. Best of luck!

The tiredness and laziness might be from eating too little calories, make sure you are adding enough healthy fats like avocado and enough protein and green veggies. The difference it made for me once I added avocado to a meal was great. Also some berries or an orange can help too.

Memerex5- I think it's safe to say all of us here are Carb addicts. The first step you have to take is write down the reasons, your personal reasons why you want to reach a certain goal or lose a certain weight. Second would be to throw away or give away any Carb food in your house like pasta, chocolate, sugar, cereal,…

Oh no :( it's okay just get back on track tomorrow. We can always go out to eat Mexican and even get fajitas but just make sure u say no rice tortillas or beans ;)

Day 3- 25 TOTAL grams of carbs :smiley: I had a minor surgery yesterday which put me under anesthesia, so I haven't been too hungry today but I'm forcing myself to eat enough and super clean:)

Hey there! Not bad, but try and stay under 50g of Carbs TOTAL every day for this challenge :) Awesome welcome! So to join just make your Diary is public and POST DAILY on this forum your total intake of carbohydrates. Should be less than 50g daily. I'm located West Cost US! How about everyone else?

Yes this will make you feel a lot more accountable and motivate you to stay on track. Also we gotta make sure we are counting calories and not over eating. With this challenge we will for sure lose weight if we stick out! :-)
