Full disclosure: I did good on the weekend stayed within macros, however Monday I had a bad dinner...bread and all. I felt horrible the next day and it allowed me to refocus. I’m not gonna let one day get me down. So far this week I’m back on track. Here is a yummy Latin-cuisine meal from last night.

For me I try to stay under 1200,1100 cals (I’m short and a woman). I like checking out Dr Eric Berg on YouTube he has good advice on this!

Monday week 2: happy with my macros today! (Attaching here) Wasn’t overly hungry today which I liked and had a delicious salad at panera the green goddess salad which has chicken bacon an egg avocado and greens! Sorry guys for being MIA on the weekend. I'm glad to see more people joined! Welcome! For Friday I did great even when going out on Friday night, I did drink but stuck with whiskey and kept it under 3 drinks. As far as Sat and Sunday it was a bit harder to be honest. But I still counted all carbs and I stayed at about 40…

Hope you feel better tomorrow and get a good night sleep! Last time I got into ketosis I was getting in a lot of fat, medium protein and as little net carbs as possible and after 5 days I lost ALL hunger I was eating just cause I knew I had to haha but it’s an awesome side effect of keto!

Welcome!! Awesome! Water weight drops super fast with this lifestyle which is great cause it makes us less bloated, and after a couple weeks you start dropping pure fat! Let us know how day 2 goes!

Day 1 for me went very well! I’m attaching a screen shot of my macros which were right on point. I had 3 small scrambled eggs with avocado oil and onion, then a snack of almonds and cheese, then for dinner a greens salad with olive oil, pesto, meatballs and shrimp. How did you guys do?
