Hello I would like to join! I just weighted myself and i am at 142lbs. I am only 5' 3" so the weight has no where to go...my goal weight is 130. My goal for august is the do Jillian micheals 6week 6pack abs DVD 5 days Week plus two days a week I will add an extra 30 min of exercise.

I also had a c-section..ive been doing jillian michaels 6week 6pack and am 4 weeks in and have lost 2 inches off my stomach..but that being said that pouch is still 2 inches bigger then the rest of my stomach :(

jillian michaels 6 week 6 pack abs is a really awsome dvd that combines cardio with core work..she recommends doing it 5 days a week.

i love this site too. i burned enough calories to have a small dairy queen sundae and not sabatoge my diet..unlike "diets" ive been on before. i love this site!

day one completed! I feel great! That was rough and i didnt think I was that out of shape.

As a liscensed physical therapist assistant i would recommend asking your doctor. Sounds like inadequate blood flow to or from the legs during cardio.

I ordered it from amazon..was alittle cheaper than walmart. I guess if it calls for 5 days a week my goal will be 5 days a week :) after that its on to the shred.

I see that alot of people do the 30 day shred on here..do you do it everyday? is there a certain number of days you do each level? I havent purchased it yet but am interested since everyone seems to love it and sees results.

I love doing it I just have such a hard time practicing out of class. Its like I need sensei watching me to give it my all. I love to work the heavy bag when my 1yo lets me!

GoJu..for about 3 years now..two classes a week for 2hrs total. Love it. I love to spar! awsome stress relief!

Glad to see im not the only one who has tried their childs snacks lol. I tested my toddlers gerber puffs today and they were really good! plus only 35 cals for 20 of them. Same thing goes for the freeze dried yogurt pieces..good tasting and very low in calories.

Thanks for the replies..actually i do brew it at how and it is decaf so sounds like all is good.
