I had a c-section almost 3 years ago. I can say honestly that I'm in better shape now then I was before I had my daughter. I still have some stretch marks but they aren't obvious. My lower tummy will probably never be what I'd like it to be but i have more abs then I did thanks to Jillian michaels.

Mine was doing the exact same thing! Spoke to a physical therapist and apparently I was taking uneven strides while running. Worked on evening them up and some le strength training for stability and I'm good now!

I feel the same way! I can't wait to hear what happens next! I'm trying to make then hour long missions now and make them last...I logged 14 miles this week on this game :)

I did misson one yesterday and i loved it? the zombies caught me twice and it looks like you lose items when they catch you...i am really enjoying the story!

When my daughter was little, say 6 months old I used to put her in her walker while I did a quick workout DVD like the 30 day shred. Now I reserve her tv time to keep her preoccupied while I work out..so maybe a combo of the two?

I hated running also..now I am halfway through the program and I look forward to my run days. I suggest some good music to keep you pumped..download pandora and go to exercise then pop/hip hop cardio..always great running music!

Burned roughly 220 calories a workout for me according to my HRM.

Okay I am officially done RI30! Did 4 weeks of working out five days a week. Here are my starting stats: Weight: 137lbs Waist: 34 inches Hips: 36.5 Thighs:20.5 Chest:38 Arms:10 Here is my finishing stats: Weight: 133lbs Waist: 33 inches Hips: 35 inches Thighs:19 inches Chest: 35 Arms:10.5 All and all I am proud of myself ;)

Personally i would move on to her RIpped in 30 DVD, its about the same length and its an *kitten* kicker.
