I am also going to do Zumba wii also. I liked her shredding it with weights too I looked into other kettlebell programs and discovered her form with the kettlebell isn't the greatest. Thanks for keeping me company!

I did it for the first time this evening. I did both parts for a total of 123 minutes and burned 600 calories. I really liked it and that's the best burn i have ever gotten at home. Going to try and do it 2-3 times a week. That being said if you are really overweight I would attempt her 30 day shred first.

I cant give you any advise. Im still waiting for it to come in the mail. I have heard alot of people recommend JM's 30 day shred for beginners. I just finished ripped in 30 and I would say a beginner could do that.

Okay I am officially done RI30! Did 4 weeks of working out five days a week. Here are my starting stats: Weight: 137lbs Waist: 34 inches Hips: 36.5 Thighs:20.5 Chest:38 Arms:10 Here is my finishing stats: Weight: 133lbs Waist: 33 inches Hips: 35 inches Thighs:19 inches Chest: 35 Arms:10.5 All and all I am proud of myself ;)

I just ordered her 30 day extreme shed and shred which I plan on starting when I finish RI30 this week. Anyone else want to join me on extreme shed and shred?

I use 7lb dumbells for most of mine then I have a set of 2lb ones I use for the others. 2lbs doesn't sound like much but man you will feel the burn! I did day 3 of level 4 today! It's going good and I can't wait to measure at the end. I looked in the mirror last night and my back is definaty more tonned!

I did day one of level 4 today..ALOT of plank you in this one and the cardio is killer compared to the previous levels...made for a great workout!

Did day 2 of level 3 today..still sucks but I think i handled it better and was able to push through it.

Actually if I recall correctly there is only 2 moves from the plank position in level 3..it's squat jacks which killed me and jumping lunges!

I did my first day of level 3 today and man was it tough! The duck walk killed my quads! More plyometrics in level 3 for cardio so that wore me out also..great burn all the way around!

I did my first day of level 3 today and for me it was slot harder than I thought it would be. The 'duck walk' about killed me there is more plyometrics for cardio which really wore me out...great exercise but just reminded me how out of shape I really am.

I started RI30 the Monday after Christmas and have done it 5 days a week since..this week I wasn't home at all Friday to do it so I will being my last day of level 2 Monday then moving on to level 3 Tuesday :).

My personal plan is for 5 days a week..each level one week. Because I was not home Friday I will be doing the 5th day of level 2 Monday and starting level 3 Tuesday.

I think that is the next DVD I am getting but it's such a long Workout..but I need something to do for cardio.

I'm a liscened physical therapist assistant and incompletely agree with you and both if your points. I think the problem with keeping with a program like this (atleast for me) Is that it's easier to get it in during the week doing it every day then breaking it up and doing it one or two sessions during the weeked. I did my second day of workout 2 today and I am as sore as I was at the end of last week. I did an extra 15 minutes of stretching afterwards to try and loosen up my hamstrings.

I have the pandora app for my iPhone and I just typed in "workout" to add new station and it's an awesome channel..remixes of good music new and old plus it goes as long as I want it too i just stop it when I'm done.

Jillian michaels 6 week 6 pack did it for me..granted I did not end up with a six pack but I defiantly have a smaller waist now then I even did before I had my daughter.
