almond mik alfredo sauce?
Has anyone ever used almond milk to make low cal alfredo sauce? alfredo is my weakness and id like to find a low cal way to make my own...just wondered if someone else has already tried it :) thanks

Activity level question
I am trying to figure out what I should set my activity level at when figuring out my calories. I work 3-4 days a week as a physical therapist assistant..I don't get to sit down very often but I would t call my job strenuous..but I am currently doing Jillian micheals body revolution every day which is roughly 30-40…

Pro-form crosswalk 400e, anyone have one?
I co-worker is selling a Pro-form crosswalk 400e and I'm thinking about buying it. Does anyone on here have one and are they any good? I really want to get into a good running regime and don't want to spend money on a treadmill that won't hold up.

creamy maple syrup
I just tried this on a whim..mix splenda and imitation maple flavoring into plain nonfat greek yogurt..makes an awsome tasting creamy syrup..and the only calories in it is what is in the yogurt. Might have pancakes for dinner tommorrow just to try it..ate it all by itself tonight and it was a sweet tasty treat..i love…

I know i should be drinking 8 glasses of water a day..I just cant seem to do it..I do however drink almost a gallon of unsweetend tea a day..do you think this is hurting my diet?
