I just finished RI30 for the month of January and wondered what everyone else was moving on to next. I just ordered extreme shed and shred and wondered if anyone else was interested in starting this with me.

I did it for the first time this evening. I did both parts for a total of 123 minutes and burned 600 calories. I really liked it and that's the best burn i have ever gotten at home. Going to try and do it 2-3 times a week.0

My next workout is Kettlebell Bombshell. Not a Jillian workout - she does have a kettlebell workout dvd, but the reviews weren't so great. I'm really ready for a change, too. I want to focus more on getting my 3 walk/runs in every week for my C25K, and then do the Kettlebell workout 3 times a week too.0
