Lost 11lbs so far!!!
Yay! I'm so excited! I have been dieting and exercising with RI30 for 4 weeks now and I've lost 11lbs! Everything is going great but Week 2 is kicking my butt!! I have been doing each week twice so that I can keep up before I move on and this 2nd week is killing me! Its not like I can't keep up its just that the plank…

Love the new group! I am still going to be doing the Shred some since DH has just started it (working out with him to help motivate him :-) ) but as some as Ripped in 30 arrives in the mail I'm going to give it a shot! I will plan to do it at least 2 or 3 times a week, will probably mix in some other Jillian workouts too…

I just finished RI30 for the month of January and wondered what everyone else was moving on to next. I just ordered extreme shed and shred and wondered if anyone else was interested in starting this with me.

Hi! I'm new to the forum here and I just complete my first day of week 1 of Ripped in 30. I was wondering how to log this exercise in my journal. Level 2
I just started level 2 today... Totally kicked my butt! But in a good way. It went by way faster than level 1 too. I was surprised. I am kind of nervous about level 3 now, though! What's everyone else think?
