hi everyone,
My name Is Lori and I am on my last day of level 1 and looking forward to level 2. I am doing both RI30 in the morning and 30DS in the evenings. I find RI30 more challenging than 30DS but i love them both. I usually alternate the days with Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds just to get more cardio in my work out. I am looking to lose 10 kgs by Feb 28. Looking forward to being ripped and shredded.

Welcome!
Sounds like you are really committed.Working out twice a day, way to go. I am starting L3 this week of RI30 and am excited for a change. I want to lose another 10 pounds and keep it off. My goal this week is to lose another pound.
