OMG!!!!! I haven't worked out in a year! What was I thinking by starting with this??? LOL! On a good note, I am very excited about this workout and cant wait to try and get though day 2, if I can manage to walk over to the DVD player and load it. I had to fall into my chair because I am so sore. But, this is what I wanted, something that works, and I can't wait to see the difference in my body from my hard work. Here are my starting measurements from yesterday, though I am ashamed of them:
Weight: 170.2 lbs
Bust: 43 1/2"
Waist: 41 1/2"
Hips: 41"
Thigh: 22 1/2"
Arm: 11 3/4"
Even as I type this I can not believe my size. I quit smoking a year ago and have gained 18lbs, mostly around my waist. It is disgusting!!! Good luck everyone. Here's to a great workout and health improvements.

Don't be ashamed -- we're all here for the same reasons.
Soon you'll be able to look back and say, "Look what I did!" and feel proud about what you've accomplished.
