How to Log Ri30

Hi! I'm new to the forum here and I just complete my first day of week 1 of Ripped in 30. I was wondering how to log this exercise in my journal. Does anyone know how many calories are burned and/or have any tips on how to log the workouts? Is it considered aerobic/strength training? I am going to assume that as the weeks progress, the workouts will get more challenging and hopefully the calories burned will increase. Any advice is welcomed. Thanks all.

I think a lot of people just count it as circuit training and MFP gives a rough estimate based on your weight, height etc. Best way is to just get a heart rate monitor, but those can be quite spendy.0
