I just started level 2 today... Totally kicked my butt! But in a good way. It went by way faster than level 1 too. I was surprised. I am kind of nervous about level 3 now, though! What's everyone else think?

I did level 2 yesterday too. I agree it went by super fast. It was really tough and I can only imagine how hard level 3 is going to be. Hang in there. We can do it!0

Thanks for the support. I didn't really want to do it today; I was so sore. But you're right -- We can do this! Another day down.. And honestly, we're already 1/3 of the way through!0 -

Tough! But good. There is a lot of plank style exercises. There's one where you have to do a push up position, and as you are going down lift your legs outside toward your armpit kinda. (Hard to explain). I start out being able to do maybe 4 regular ones, but so far have been having to go to my knees to continue on. For some reason it's really hard for me to breathe and do the regular ones at the same time! Haha.0 -

Awesome! You'll have to tell me how you like that funky style push up. Haha. Took a lot of concentration for me, but by the end of the week I think I got it down. (I'm not that coordinated.)
Looks like we're about a week apart from eachother -- I started level 3 today. My whole body was shaking afterwards, but I'm glad I'm sticking with it. This group really motivates me to keep on it.0 -
I did L2D1 today. I had a hard time figuring out a lot of the moves because I didn't watch it first. I didn't get a great workout because I spent so much time trying to get the moves down (I'm pretty uncoordinated :ohwell: ). Oh well, lesson learned. Hopefully I'll do a little better next time, and I'll definitely preview workout 3 before I try to do it!0

I was in the same boat the first day. I actually took the time to preview the next level this time and I still was confused when I had to actually do it. They make it look so easy on tv and then I'm like, "Wait.. how do I move my body like that?" =]0
