Lost 11lbs so far!!!

Yay! I'm so excited! I have been dieting and exercising with RI30 for 4 weeks now and I've lost 11lbs! Everything is going great but Week 2 is kicking my butt!! I have been doing each week twice so that I can keep up before I move on and this 2nd week is killing me! Its not like I can't keep up its just that the plank exercising make in between my shoulders burn and hurt like crazy! But hopefully i'll be moving on to week 3 here shortly!

    very nice! i just started yesterday, but I'm planning on doing each level for two weeks (5-6X) before moving. It seems like a logical progression. Congrats on your success. I hope I can see similar results in 4 weeks.
