I am just now joining this group. I did 30DS back in Aug and lost my first 10 lbs then. Then weight loss has been kinda slow. I am currently doing C25K for the sake of cardio and doing it indoors. I was able to run my first 20 mins straight about a month ago. And I am considering running my first 5K on Mother's Day.
I gained a few over the holidays but I am not giving up. I will post stats tomorrow.
I have tried RI30 a couple of times but just don't have the push to do it for a month so I am glad I found this group.
Other than that, I have personal goals: at least 30 minutes of exercise every week. And this week, I am trying to watch sugar and salt intake.

Welcome! We are all at different places with RI30. How many times are you looking to workout this week?
