Am I the only one that has a hard time staying full on a high protien diet? I just started yesterday and it seems I want to eat all the time.

Nope. Most people have a really hard time staying on a high protein diet. Two things that help: increase your fat intake and your veggie intake.
Fat makes you fuller. Try raw nuts, full-fat greek yogurt, grass-fed beef, dark-meat chicken with the skin, avocado, coconut, etc.
Also, you can eat a lot of veggies on a high protein diet. Try cooked veggies with butter, or raw veggies with olive oil dressing or dips made from yogurt.0 -
I find that with higher protein that it is important to get MORE fiber. So I usually do not do high protein without higher fiber, low simple carb fiber. As well, I get kinda irregular, if you know what I mean, with high protein. It is also crucial to drink lots of water. At least for me, if I do not drink a lot of COLD water I am hungry all the time. Hope this helps!0

Thanks for the response! I have managed two days doing high protien and low cal making sure to stay in my calorie limit and get some veggies in and I have seen a one lb lose on the scale..that to me is amazing because I have been stuck for a few weeks now but I work out nearly everyday which was frustrating! This might have been the kick in the butt my body needed to get fat burning again.0
