I have been doing turbo jam on and off for the the year and have been consistantly doing it for the last 6 weeks. I love it, its fun and always look forward to it. It deffinately makes you sweat.

You need to eat back your exercise calories, not all of them, but some of them so you dont send your body into starvation mode where it trys to reserve fat. I have heard lots of facts about people who eat more (of the right foods) looses more. Also, if your building muslce, muscle weighs more than fat. Hang in there.

Thanks guys I'm just not sure where to start. Eating 1 good meal per day or more? Working out 6 days or starting small with 2 or 3 days a week. I think I need baby steps to start off and gradually work my way into it. Thanks for ur input

Wow, I have this issue too but never thought to ask. My hair sounds a lot like yours. Sometimes I just let it go a day without washing it, but otherwise I just wash it anyway and pull it up. I dont know what else to do. I hate my hair type anyway.

Try doing Turbo Jam. I love it and it's awesome, Its kickboxing and dance. Very fun and funky groovy music, makes the workout enjoyable. Turbo fire is a step up from Turbo Jam.

Oh geez, where do I start????? Fit into a single digit jean size and actually like what I wear. Only have to try on an outfit ONCE and say "hey that looks good, I think I'll wear it." Not try on everything I own to find something decent. then my closet looks like it threw up. :laugh:
