I have tried it and its yummy. Not sure why you can't freeze it. I also love the dark chocolate almond milk. I put that with shakeology for my protien shake.

Have you tried turbo jam? I love doing it. It gives you a good workout. But you should also remember you don't have to go all out the very first time you do the workouts. You can work up to finishing the workout each time you do it!!!

I'm in week 8 and I manually add mine in to. I also use a HRM that also counts calories burned. I use one I bought at walmart for like $30. I never do the yoga and just do a cardio day instead.

I'll add you. Im in my 7th week. One thing that I didn't do from the begining is eat the amount of calories they tell you to and I didn't lose much for the first month. So I do advise you to eat!!!

I just dont buy it! I have a huge sweet tooth. I do try to use fruit as my sweet but sometimes it doesn't work so I have some dark chocolate mint almonds, or angel food cake with light whipped topping and strawberries. I get bored very easy to. We have an eliptical and the only thing that can get me on it is so I can listen to my ipod! I do have a good workout dvd library built up.

i am doing P90x and have done it before. I really like it, You can burn tons of calories!! i too have a hard time with time restrictions. Most of the workouts are about 60 mins except yoga but I try to get it done while my little one is sleeping!!!

i was accually thinking about that the other day. In order to loose weight you have to burn more then you take in. This site adds those to your food, so I have been trying to not use the extra calories it tells you can use. It just didn't make sense to me to eat all those calories and be able to loose!!

I get bored easy too!!! I have turbo jam (most of them), turbo jam with the fitness ball, hip hop abs, p90x, three jullian ones and I just ordered the kettlebell workout!!!

I have the same problem and I either snack on air popped popcorn or I have glass of sprite zero. The carbon makes me feel full!!

I have done all of these! Loved the hip hop abs cuz I love to dance but I needed something more intense so I got turbo jam and loved it, Now Im doing p90x and just like a few others have said if you can do insanity you can do p90x!!! I think insanity is more intense then p90x!!!
