I have tried them the chocolate. I loved it, it gave me energy filled me up for hrs made my cravings for sweets go away. If it wasnt so expensive I would still be drinking it!!!

I loved it to!! It challenges you! I felt great after doing the workouts. I would say the most challenging thing for me may have been finding an hour to do it every day and push ups! I hate push ups!!!! im going to start it again next week! I had a baby and want to get going on losing the weight!

From what I have read that it doesn't matter. I used to workout before I ate and now I do it a few hours after breakfast. There is no way I would have the energy to get though my workout if I don't. I haven't noticed any difference.

When I do turbo jam i use hand weights and I can burn 700+ depending on how much energy I have! I've just logged it under cardio.

Well, I gained around 60 and i am having the hardest time. My Lo is 7 months today and I have lost and gained the same ten pounds since we were 10 weeks post! The big thing that I have learned is I have to eat back my exercise calories. I hadden't been doing that and it had put me in starvation mode!!!

Im also a stay at home mom with a 6 month old! What has been working for me for that last week is I try to do mommy time while my baby sleeps, but this is new for her like a week. Do you eat your calories burned or close to it? I had the same problem. I was busting my butt burning tons of calories and the scale wasn't going anywhere. I have been trying to eat more and I have found to have lost 2 lbs in one week! And also muscle weighs more then fat, keep that in mind to.

i have a sportline that I got at wally for I think it was $30. I just wanted one that did HR and calories burned. It also givs you the percentage of your heart rate that you are burning. I have a hRm I got from wal mart and I think it costs me $30. It also calulates your calories burned. I can't afford much more either! Its a sportline and works great for what I need it for.

welcome, you can add me as a friend if you want. I love to eat too but you have to remember Eat to live not live to eat! You can allow yourself soem treats once in a while. One of my favs used to be angel food cake with lite whipped topping, strawberries and some chocolate sauce. So good!!

I too am doing p90x and I have noticed on the days I do weights and abs I dont burn that many calories. Im thinking its because your not bouncing around getting your heart rate up.
