I'm at 148 and I SO fell off the healthy wagon today. My goal is 130 and I've been bouncing in the 140's for over a year. I'd LOVE to make friends who are in the same weight challenge and area that I am. We have to stick together!

I'm a once a week gal because I can't wait for 2 weeks. I can tell a difference and want to get to the scales:) I do every Sunday morning.
