New Here...Tips?

I'm a mother of 2 girls, ages 2 and 5. I gained 65 lbs with each kid. After the first, I lost 70 lbs and got pregnant again. After the second, I lost 50 so I still have a little bit to go. My main problem is I lose weight without difficulty, but I'm not healthy at all. I skip meals or use all my calories for a huge banana split and that's my entire intake for the day.

I'll take tips if you'd like to pass them along;)

    Welcome!!!!

    I hope this is a helpful tool for you!! The key is to spread for calories throughout your whole entire day. So you have to eat, eat, eat :) 3 meals and 2 snacks usually work best for me, working out at least 4 times a week, and drinking WATER!! Please feel free to add me as a friend and hopefully we can help and motivate each other.
