Try it with Vanilla Almond Milk. You can have a cup of the milk for 40 calories, so a little bit in coffee is nothing!

LOVE Hungry Girl! Just watched it while running on the treadmill. She did a scoopable tuna salad that I then made for lunch! She's awesome!

I mix lowfat cottage cheese with a tuna fish packet and spread it on a piece of whole wheat toast. So good! If I have an avacado I place a couple slices on top.

I found the blue cheese one and it was soooo good! The peanut buttter, however, is disgusting!

I have the Thinner scale. It also measures body fat, water and all kinds of stuff! It is very accurate too!

A lot of my friends who do Zumba everyday bought special shoes made for Zumba. I'm not sure what kind they are but they were easier of the knees and feet while doing the dance moves. Maybe you could google?

This morning I had 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese topped with one orange (cut up), teaspoon of honey, sprinkle of cinnamon, and 5 almonds (chopped). It was different and very good!
