I believe you have Whole Foods market in The UK? You can get them there for sure. Otherwise they usually just come in bags somewhere in the produce section. Probably near the bags of lettuce and prepared salads. What are you going to use them for? They make great snacks.

The BMI calculator does not account for male or female. I think this is why it seems off. Yeah I guess I dont believe in it.

P90x is a real workout. I tried Kinect workouts and it was terrible. Cool concept but I hardly got a workout and it kept telling me I was doing it wrong no matter how I tried.
