Personally I weigh myself every day in the morning after the bathroom. I tried weighing once a week and didnt get anywhere with it as I ended up thinking that on the day I weighed myself.. I could binge.. as long as I was careful the rest of the week I could get back down to the same weight I'd be fine! Now I think back to…

About 8 days.. when I was in and out of hospital over stomach pains, I washed up during the time but was in so much pain that I never had a proper shower.. on day 6 they ended up taking out my appendix, went home on day 7! I was 15.. :)

Ive commented on a similar thread elsewhere on the implant... Have a wee search and threads will come up :)

I call them butt-dimples... I used to have them when I weighed less and danced more!

I am GF ut dont eat GF breads because they taste like crap - for lunches i stick to wraps or cold pastas and breakfasts I stick to cereal :)

My mum and grandparents tell me I look great every time I see them.. but I dont count that as they know I'm trying. My boyfriends gran the other week said I looked like I've lost weight so she is now my new favourite person! I was 16-17lbs lighter than the last time I saw her and his family never knew I was trying to lose…

Do you eat back exercise calories? If not then I would say at least active..!

I was on the implant - Nexplanon (i think) - and my weight shot up too just got it taken out the other week and am back on the pill!

My suggestion is not to massively change your life as (in my opinion) its not as sustainable.. you are better changing one thing at a time and then something else a few weeks down the line.. logging is a great place to start - why dont you open up your diary so we can have a look and give you some more help? The thing to…

Thats how I feel ahha! If you want something different then you can make it! Simple as that!

Its just me and my boyfriend and yeah almost everything is done differently. I have to eat gluten-free anyway though so we have to cook pastas etc separately! And he is so picky and doesnt want veggies! It just makes it easier! We usually have a variation of the same thing.. Like steak and chips but my chips are homemade -…

I went to my gym 4/5 times a week for about 6 weeks.. then didnt go for two months, now I'm back and noone has said anything, not the people I used to smile/nod at during a workout or the trainers who I usually chat to. They really dont care. Go because YOU want to, and dont worry about what others will think :)

I've always suffered from migranes.. usually a few a month until september when I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease.. since changing my diet I only get migranes when I eat something with gluten that I shouldnt have :) I'm not suggesting that you cut out gluten!! Please dont!! but try finding out which foods do trigger…

About £30 each week, but usually one week out of the month i dont need to buy anything :) Thats for 2 of us
-
No - The point in a gluten-free diet is for those of us who have coeliac disease to be able to eat foods without the constant diahorrea, migranes, bloating, stomach pains, infertility etc. People dont 'run into problems when they go gluten free' as it helps and actually makes our lives about 10x easier as our bodies are no…

Lots of foods high in carbs contain gluten eg bread and pasta - if you eat less bread, pasta, pizza etc you are left with not much else to eat except proteins veggies and some grains.. thus creating a calorie deficit through a low carb diet - people think its becausetheyve gone 'gluten free' but really its because they…

I did my Legs and Abs work out today! then a wee 30min swim after!

Recently I've found my 'inbetween'! I eat a cereal for breakfast and then for lunch I eat the 'clean' chicken/rice/veggies combo. Then for dinner I have some of whatever my boyfriend is making, be it pasta, pizza, korma etc - its clean-ER but I dont want to fully commit to the clean eating cause I'd miss too many foods!…

'Gluten-free' foods are usually high in sugar which is not healthy, ie GF breads and pasta! Eating NATURALLY gluten free foods is healthier and in my opinion is a not so extreme version of paleo! You can still have some jarred sauces and chocolates but just not everything! Drives me nuts when people switch to GF bread and…

Im so in! Ravenclaw!!

Been told it's just an 'intolerance' cause my bloods came back negative even though I was GF at the time - can't eat gluten for any longer than a few days so can't re-take the tests! Doc said it's pretty much coeliac I just can't go through the testing. Dietician is just trying to see how sensitive I am - I was to try…
