Tell me about it !! I went out for sushi last week thinking oh this is going to be great !!! I got home and logged in my sushi and the calories were very friendly on the tracker...the sodium not so much and I didn't even dunk in the soy sauce !!!!

My biggest regret is being a slave to the scale. It's not always kind. My clothes fit better and my husband tells me I'm looking smaller. I lose weight very slowly as it is. I OBSESS about what I'm eating and I really need to get over that.

Im back too :) for 2 reasons...1) my doctor wants me to track my food intake to see if we can find the cause of my migraines 2) I need to be accountable to myself if y'all would like to add me, we can be friends and help each other :)

Alberta girl here :) I haven't been on MFP for a long time but I've been getting really bad migraines again and my doctor wants me to journal all my food intake..I figure this would be a good place to be again :) I can track what I eat and I can watch my caloric intake as well :)

thx for the advice :) yes it is a lot and I thought WTF so I weighed 3 times !!! same number...I drink 2 litres of water a day, I track EVERYTHING I put in my mouth (sorry that sounded crude lol)...there were days I was over my calories...and days I was under due to working out...I am taking care to not eat too little cuz…
