And that is why I have a private fitness page on FB. So my workout friends and I can post on there to keep ourselves accountable. Nobody cares if I did a half hour workout on the elliptical. But I can go on to my fitness page, type in what I've done and there you go, accountable without bugging people on my personal page :)

I use a scale and measuring cups. I have been on my health journey since April 23 and I've lost 7.2 lbs so far. I feel good, I'm working out more, I'm eating better and I'm getting tons of compliments. I agree that using a scale makes all the difference. I use my measuring cups and spoons and they are a huge help too :)

Do your best to stay away from things that say "low fat" "low cal" "fat free" - you get my point. They are usually filled with extra sodium, artificial sweeteners. Just a bunch of nasty stuff.
