I would definitely go with the HRM since it's a Polar because they are pretty accurate. Got my plyo box today!! Got it on Craig's list for $30!! It's 18" high which I think will work fine for me. It was specially made for the woman to do her workouts at home. Her and her husband were personal trainers and had it made and it is a heavy duty sturdy one!! Alot better than my picnic bench. I am ready to roll now!!

I HATE BURPEES TOO!!!!! With a passion!!! The HIIT dvd I do has a ton of them in there too....along with plyo lunges and jump squats. Although they are one of the best all over body exercises around from what I hear so I will just continue to do them!!

Actually come to think of it I haven't drank in a couple of months and haven't lost squat......ZIP.. and last weekend I went out and had about 5 grape flavored vodkas and water and I was down 2 lbs as of this morning....go figure. Looks like I might have a few tonight!! :laugh:

I still wear short skirts and 2 pc swimsuits and I am 48 and I will continue to do so. I believe my mom wore a 2 pc into her 70's! She's 85 now but she just wears a one piece now but that's her decision. She still looks awesome!!

I did the first one and it said for weight loss for no workout 1272 cals and for workout 1534. That seems so low to me. Right now I have my cals set to 1763 and I don't eat exercise cals. I don't see how I would have energy at 1534 when I'm lifting. Is this accurate? I'm 48, 5' 3" and 158 lbs and I'm looking to lose fat.

If the heart rate monitor has a chest strap go with what that says. These are pretty accurate because you can log in all your personal info such as: sex, age, height, weight. Is the sugar you are eating from processed foods or from fruit? I ignore the sugar from my fruit intake because otherwise I am over just eating a sweet potato and a banana which is pretty much every day.
