Yeah the workouts aren't for everybody but it gives people options especially if you can't afford a gym membership or just don't want to go to a gym. I am starting today after work!! Excited since I haven't worked out in a couple weeks due to being sick. I feel like a blob right now. Finished up Les Mills Pump and Les Mills Combat. Loved those and looking forward to this one now. I am hoping I get some awesome results from this one.

LOL that's crazy!! I eat sometimes 4 a day...yolk and all!!! Good for protein and we all need some fat as long as you don't go overboard on the fat for the day....Have at it I say!!!

I love drinking grape flavored vodka and water. Used to drink diet coke and rum but after everything I have read about diet pop I quit it for good and switched to this. It's very refreshing!!

I do 60-80 full push ups 4 - 5 days per week, 20 at a time.

No I don't lie on it. Kind of defeats the purpose of tracking. I don't see how anyone can function on 900 cals!! . I would think that they have absolutely "0" energy.

Oh I absolutely love PB2!!!! A couple of my coworkers and myself order 8 lbs and split it. Love the stuff!! I've made delicious treats using it too!! I eat it every day!! : ) Oh and I heard the chocolate one is out of this world too. I'm going to order that next!!

How do you manage to stay at 24 grams of sugar? I have one banana and a sweet potato and that sets me over. I think I managed 24 once and that was only because I didn't have my sweet potato or fruit that day. I am usually around 38 or so.

I have been doing lower carb and staying away from all white processed flours, pasta and sugar. I don't add any sugar to any foods or eat any sweets. YES!!! If you are doing 2 hours of exercise especially weight training for an hour I would say at the very least 1500-1700 cals. 1200 calories is nothing. I noticed when I started to eat more I started to lose. Good luck to you!! :smile:

I got my dvd's from Beachbody. Love them. Never tried crossfit but the girl I work with does it and she loves it. I don't go to the gym anymore though since we build a workout room in my backyard. It's great!!
