I average about twice a week. When I was eating +75% raw foods, I was going every two to three days.

The treadmill vs. elliptical debate is interesting. I always feel like I've worked out more on a treadmill than an elliptical. I think the guy selling you the treadmill was right.... that is, of course, if you eat a proper diet too.

I want to try this so badly but I work FT, attend grad school FT, and am doing a 700-hour internship. One of my "treats" after I graduate is that I'm going to start attending yoga classes. :)

Go to the Starbucks website, or if you have an iPhone, download the Starbucks app. You can customize drinks on there and get the full nutrition information for each drink.

I can empathize with the frustration. But think about it, that's 10 minutes of busting a** that you successfully completed! It's not easy and you did ten minutes. You're already half way through the first session. Give yourself credit. You did great. Keep at it! <3

I honestly cannot say because I never stuck with it for longer than 5 or 6 days. I noticed my stamina improve and I was able to do more push ups. But as far as weight loss is concerned - I don't know.

I really enjoy the cardio workouts. I had completely forgotten about how effective jumping jacks are at producing a nice cardiovascular workout. I absolutely detest the side lunges with raises. Bah! I really hate them.

I eat extremely large quantities of fruit on most days. In fact, it's a staple in my overall diet.

Dogs are my favorite, although I own one cat. I live in an apartment and dogs aren't allowed, unfortunately. :( But dogs are my absolute favorite. :)

Sounds to me like it's your MS and/or your sinus infection. Have you spoke to your rheumatologist about whether or not it's okay for you to do yoga and pilates? I can't imagine why it wouldn't be, but it's a good idea to talk to a specialist about dizziness with exercise, especially with a condition like MS.

Mine has gotten that high and it worries me too. In fact, my resting HR is fairly high. I have normal blood pressure but a high HR so I think a doctor's appointment is probably in order for me. eta: I'm 24

I was delighted to find that the machines at the gym I go to are also Polar equipped. I use my watch though too since I like to keep track of my progress, etc. Have you noticed a difference in calories burned on the machine vs. your wrist watch? I have.
