I have no boobs now, I'm very upset by this lol. I wish I knew of some butt lifting exercises as well, all squats and lunges are doing is making it smaller!

I would say they work! I've lost 47 pounds doing mostly DVD's I started out with just light exercise Leslie Sansone walking DVD's. Now, mostly just Jillian Michaels workouts. Hidden Valley Ranch pkg mix with Fage Total 0 greek yogurt-honestly it tastes good. The sodium is high but I don't use ranch often, it's great especially for the dips with veggies If you do try-just make sure to let it sit in fridge a few hours before eating

If your a ranch eater-you can use Hidden Valley packets mixed with Fage greek yogurt and its very low cal. Sodium is high from the Ranch pkg though.... I personally like to mix salsa and Greek 0% yogurt and use that as dressing My fav bottled dressing is Maple Grove Farms Balsamic Vinigarette its 15 cal per tbls

Pop chips! So many flavors... I'm also a fan of Kettle brand baked chips when I have a craving, they actually taste like real potato unlike others! Every time I've attempted home made chips it's never the result I'm looking for...someone must have some kind of trick to getting them crispy enough?

Yep, my husband's friend also sells Advocare and they swear by them from what I know. I have used some of the products here and there. I like them. Mainly the "trim" shakes and I drink some of the coffeccino drinks. Sorry I'm not more help but the products I have tried I would buy again if that helps at all :smile:

Well I'm not 120 pounds but I'll answer anyways! I'm 143! and almost 5'5" I burned almost exactly 190 the first 2 weeks-then it lowered to 170-180 per workout. Now Im doing ripped in 30 and burning 220-I believe its slightly longer. When I go back and do 30DS I now burn 155-165. Body has gotten used to it I guess!
