  • actually, I was worried it might slow me down. I have doing IF with Keto without the bulletproof coffee pretty good. I tried the coffee today. It made me a little sick-not gonna lie. I was just wondering if it sped up the weight loss like the claims say it will or if most MFP's found it didn't make any difference/slower.

  • Thank you so much! Well I have a few more.... how do I lose the weight quickly (as I am now since including IF with the keto) and maintain muscle? I don't want to be 190 pounds of muscle. I want to be 120 lbs of muscle.

  • I think I need the treadmill on an incline to tell me how fast I'm going. I can't get that outside and I tend to go slower if I'm not monitoring.

  • See another one who's lost a considerable amount of weight and cycling is your thing. I'm strongly leaning in that direction. It seems sustainable. But I still need to get toned back up.
  • Yeah I see a lot if my friends here on MFP doing cycling and burning lots of calories. I'm considering that seriously for those days I can't get out and walk. But for core strengthening I would love to hear everyone chime in on that.

  • Walking has always been my go to workout but now I'm going for calesthenics (sp?) cause I need to rebuild my muscles. I am aware this burns little to no calories according to MFP.
