I've never thought about not wearing underwear while working out. I sweat a lot when lifting. 1. When my entire shirt is soaked (except the area where my sports bra is). 2. When my face is beat red even after I showered and drove 30 minutes to work. 3. When I can't walk the next day - it hurts but it feels oh so good.
