same here I have was typical 1200 cal to start with, upped it to 1300 this week, waiting to see what happen, problem is I am having hard time eating 1300, got used to with 1200, I ate spoonful of penut butter to increase the intake , still about 100 cal short, dont know whta to do, eat bunch of staff to meet the calorie…

same here, bought women 1 a day waight watch one, made me so sick! cant take them at all.

I do the same , but hate the fact that those has few calorie, not a big deal but every little calorie counts, I could eat something else if could save those calorie

would you mind telling which brand works for you since I have same problem and only can take vitamin gummys

You lucky that you atleast can take them with food, I cant take any vitamin at all except vitamin gummys! I beleive I am allergic to the shell or preservative in it.

Thanks a lot, I am slowly starting to understand the process. happy that I don't have to starve :-) I have been doing 1200 cal pretty religiously, but hungry often.

I see. thanks a lot. I aimed for 1 lb/week. I have lost 2 lb/week so far. But I feel like I am not eating too little and no energy to exercise, I dont want to do anything unhealthy and most importantly want to sustain the loss.

Thanks a lot for the suggestion, i am just confused with the MFP suggested 1200/d+ eat back exercise calories.

Thanks folks, when i have calculated TDEE and BMR I picked light activity level, I am running 3 hour/week+ on my feet 7 h/day at work. Why MFP suggested 1200 cal then?. I do eat back my exercise cal the day I do it.

I am new to MFP ,just a month, lost 6 lb already which I never knew I could do. I hope to stay with mfp for ever, don't want any distraction on the way. I have been derailed , delayed, postponed my priorities for other, I really hope I dont give up on me this time and I dont give up MFP and healthy living, I need it.

I am very excited to see many 40's and 50's successful with wt loss, I am 42 ,lost 3 lb so far, 17 lb to go. I am logging calorie daily, running 20 min almost daily. feel free to add and support each other.

I know I should not check wt several time during the day, just was curious and could not help checking it 3-4 time/d :-) , stopped doing it now. thanks for the reply. How often checking wt is reasonable?
